I am Karl V., based in London. For more than fifteen years I worked on high-voltage power systems and energy infrastructure, in Paris and Montréal. In 2026 I completed a BBA in business technology and management at UQAM, and I am moving towards strategic roles.
The pieces on this site come from the same place as that work: reading complex systems from their records, and making what they say impossible to overlook.
Method
Every piece starts from a documented source: a rare book, a temperature series, a conflict database. The data decides what changes; I decide how it looks.
Each piece says plainly which is which. Documented facts are kept apart from artistic choices, sources are linked, and where the record is silent the piece stays silent rather than filling the gap.
Mosaic is the personal project that holds this practice together: the pieces, and the analysis method behind them.
